1972 Buick Skylark GS GSX 455 (Replica)

It has:
- 8-cylinder 455 Buick engine
- Automatic transmission
- 12-bolt posi-track rear end

- Front disc brakes
- G.S.X. Lite weight fiberglass hood
- 31,989 miles with under 500 miles since restoration
The exterior is blue. Paint is a Dupont chrome base, base coat is a clear coat 2-stage paint, and then 3 coats of Spectra green (does not look green at all) code gm078k, and the interior is white.
All GSX parts and painted strips were installed by a experienced Buick body shop.
Re-chromed show-grade bumpers front and back.
The car is in SHOW condition and drives and runs excellent!
Car was in one car show since restoration and received 1st place.
On a scale of 1 to 10, with a 10 being a Barret Jackson type restoration frame, 100K car, I will try to scale this as close and honest as possible. I know everybody's scale varies but I have owned collector cars for many years and consider myself fairly picky:
- Exterior body paint - rates an 8
- Sheet metal - rates an 8
- Glass - rates an 8
- Chrome and modlings - rates an 8
- Interior - rates an 8
- Engine Bay - rates a 9
- Brakes and front end componets (Drives excellent but all front end components are not new, did not feel the need.) - rates 6 to 7
- Exhaust (Excellent but again not brand new, but 5 yr old exhaust on a collector type car still looks new.) - rates an 8.
This car is in very good condition. This is a Show Car. If anyone purchases this car without inspecting it personally and does not think it is what I say, they will not be expected to buy it. This is too much money to spend witout seeing it.
The VIN is 4D37H2H10007 and has a clear title.
